Opportunities and challenges for high-end valve industrialization

Anshan is a city which has been committed to building international high-end valve. The provincial government has attached a great importance to the project of high-end valve industrial park,which is one of the leading industrial base in  Anshan economic development zone in the future. High-end valve industrial park is to create high-end, integrated, international,high-end valve city in the headquarters of China. Within 3 to 5 years, it intends to draw in 200 high-end valve enterprises, to get 20 billion RMB investment,to achieve the goal of annual sales to more than 50  billion RMB , and ultimately to achieve the annual sales to more than 1000 billion RMB in the scale.

From the present situation of mechanical industry in China, the development of the valve industry keeps fast pace. But through the domestic valve industry, valves are mostly in low-end products. It can be said a low technique content product.The domestic market of high-end valve are mainly imported, which leads to phenomenon that the high-end valve market in China are monopolized by foreign valve enterprises. At present, our country has introduced policy to revitalize the manufacturing industry,especially focusing on the development of common manufacturing base. Our country is facing the change from the age from agriculture to the industry.  And there will be a substantial increase in the demand for high-end valve. This has also brought new challenges and opportunities to the domestic valve market.

Along with the policy to revitalize the manufacturing industry step by step, general manufacturing industry base will be focused support. China is faced with the era of industrialization.The petrochemical industry, the power sector, the metallurgical industry, the chemical industry and city construction branch which are large valve customers will increase the demand of the products . The current domestic valve enterprises are in large number, the development of the valve industry is relatively mature, especially ball valves, butterfly valves, safety valves, check valves, throttle valves, plug valves, pressure relief valves and other products have a good development.
